These workshops will contain a basic understanding of how the mind works and some of its basic functioning.
We will look at stress and anxiety, why we have them, where they come from and of course, how we manage them.
We will also some spend some time doing practices you can take away with you, mediation, deep breathing (breath works)
Alongside the above we will spend a little time looking a little deeper into who we are, why we behave in certain ways and how we can change what we choose to change.
All of the above will lead you to a more peaceful and calmer life.
There will be no expectation for you to input into the sessions, if you choose to sit quietly and listen, that will be fine. You choose how much, if at all, you want to participate.
